Coqui Surf School’s version of Captain America, Chip is extremely passionate about teaching the next generation proper surf etiquette and ocean knowledge.

Chip has a lifetime of surfing experience competing at a semipro level throughout the east coast of the U.S. Chips competitive surfing career started with E.S.A and N.S.S.A in his early years, and he still competes in the E.S.A, Florida Boardriders, and the EcoPro competitive series these days.

Chip has been coaching both MMA and surfing for the majority of his adult life. He enjoys mentoring while sharing his knowledge and wisdom with future generations. Chip is the ultimate coach and instructor for any ocean or self defense activity.
